The IK information accessed and published through the national IK Registration System has ownership vested in communities. Provision when communities are not identified, NIKSO will hold such ownership in Trust. Accessing IK recordings through the IK Registration System requires prior permission and authorisation from communities for usage. Although some information is in the public domain, consent must still be sought.
